QPE’s sheet steel enamelling process plant is spread across more than 12,000 sq.ft. (1,200 sq.m). The pre-enamelling process/material treatment facility, including acid pickling, meets the demanding requirements of our customers. Full control over the process materials is guaranteed as our on-site millroom produces the glass (vitreous) enamel slips.

We use a variety of application techniques which include spraying and dipping, in addition to the silk-screening facility for production of completely finished parts. Our continuous furnace has both temperature and speed control giving total flexibility of the firing zone suitability for differing materials.
