We can prepare virtually any cast iron product through a range of shotblasting techniques which includes rotary table, enclosed table, barrel, handblast and lanceblast facilities. Our extensive skills are coupled with an array of application techniques and three types of furnaces to give QPE the ability to say yes to virtually any requirement.
QPE’s millroom is used to prepare all our enamels allowing us full control over the mix. This means we can control and adjust the formula to accommodate different operational needs including hardness, abrasion protection, acid/alkali resistance and high temperature capabilities. In fact, we can meet specific requirements for finish on each customer part, as needed.
